PHOENIX 117 DEGREES; LA 110, BREAK TEMP RECORDS

Temperatures soared to 117 degrees in Phoenix, AZ, on Friday, breaking the 115-degree record in 1905.

The average high temperature for Phoenix is about 107 degrees.

The Associated Press reported temperatures reached 110 degrees at the Sky Harbor Airport 17 times already this year.

Los Angeles temperatures reached 110 degrees on Friday, breaking the Woodland Hills record of 108 (2006).

INDIA HEAT WAVE KILLS 1,100

Many outdoor workers, the elderly and homeless, who are unable to avoid India’s smoldering heat wave, are succumbing to the soaring heat.

Temperatures have reached 113 degrees F (45 C) in Southern India and roads have melted in New Delhi. 

This is just a prelude to the coming tribulation spoken of by the Prophet Daniel (Daniel 12), Jesus (Matthew 24:21) and John the Revelator (Book of Revelation).

Deaths Reported as Record-Breaking, Triple-Digit Temperatures Bake the US Midwest

Associated Press (excerpts):  St. Louis, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Chicago and several other Midwest cities already have broken heat records this week or are on the verge of doing so. Even nighttime low temperatures are setting record highs and some residents have no means of relief day or night.
